Product Description

HENKSEAL^® High strength Threadlocker HS-271 is a thread fastening solution designed for harsh working conditions and is suitable for large-size mechanical assemblies of 3/8"-1" (10-25mm). The core benefit is its revolutionary 360° locking performance, ideal for permanently securing studs and crimped components, providing an additional 3,000 PSI holding strength for sliding and crimped components. It has anti-rust, anti-leakage and anti-seismic properties, can maintain stable bonding under extreme temperatures, and is widely used. It is suitable for high-load fastening requirements in automotive transmission systems, wind power equipment and aerospace fields.Certified to meet the stringent ASTM D5363 AN0221 (Mil-S-46163A, Type I, Grade K) standards.
 

USAGE DIRECTIONS:

1. Clean the adhered surface, remove oil and rust, polish appropriately, clean and dry
2. Apply the Threadlocker directly from the original package to the surface to be adhered, or you can apply it by brushing or scraping.
3. During assembly, the parts should be rotated back and forth to spread the glue, and the parts should be positioned as quickly as possible.
4. It can be partially cured in 5min~20min at room temperature. The bonding strength reaches the maximum value after curing for 24 hours.
